This is our second stay in the beautiful Hervé villa. I fully confirm the text of my first review of the last year about the kindness of Mr.Hervé, the house high comfort and spacious, very well equipped. The surrounding landscape is simply wonderful; also the certainly that this villa is in the best three rental I have done in more than 40 years in Sardinia holidays.

I found the property very tranquil, relaxing and peaceful. It's paradise and would be a great place to reconnect with yourself. The gardens are beautiful , a real labour of love and the dogs made great company and were adorable. Ezia is a wonderful hostess and is always there for you if you need anything. My husband and I have been coming to Sanremo for 8 years. For the last 3 of them we stayed with Ezia and we will definitely be coming back! The property is really great with a spectacular view, beautiful garden, big pool and spacious apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you could ever need. Ezia is really friendly and helpful. When on vacation, we like to do a bit sightseeing. Thanks to Ezia, we discovered quite a few hidden gems both inside Sanremo as well as around it. The dogs are really cute and they love the attention, so we became good friends with them too. All in all, great place that we always are looking forward to come back to. Thank you Ezia, Gianmy, Sheila and Giudy for making our vacations extra nice!

Thank you for such a lovely stay in your wonderful apartment. The views were incredible and we often had the amazing pool to ourselves which our children loved. Marinna and Daniel were very welcoming hosts and went out of their way to help and advise on attractions, restaurants and car rental. The apartment was very well equipped and we really appreciated the brand new washing machine and huge veranda. Thank you we will visit again! Caroline and Paul.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was bigger than expected and above all very clean. The air conditioning works very well. In the garden with dining table you have privacy because the road at the entrance to the garden is a much lower level and on the sides the hedge is thick and high enough. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 on the first floor and 1 in the basement, both with toilet and another toilet on the ground floor. The small balcony by the first-floor bedroom overlooking the sea is nice, but can only accommodate 2 people. The owner Gianluca lives 2 houses away. He is also easy to reach via WhatsApp, responding quickly to questions. The location is great. In 1 minute you walk to the beach spiaggia del Pellicano. The first beach has slightly coarser sand and there is a bar. The other beach, spiaggia Mare Rocce can be reached via the first beach. Here the sand is fine and slopes very slowly. It will be about a 5-minute walk. There is a bar here too and also boat rental which we have had good experience with. Not expensive and they don't try to scam you with extra charges when returning the boat as you often hear with boat rental companies. There are 2 more beaches nearby, but we didn't go there. Large supermarket Euro spin 8 min drive away. A smaller one is in the village itself. The city of Olbia can be reached in 10 minutes, but that depends on where you want to park. The airport is about 20 minutes away from the accommodation. Golfi Aranci is also nice for a visit, 12 minutes away. Thanks Gianluca, for the pleasant stay. Tip, always have some cleaning products ready, especially if guests stay longer.

We had a wonderful 11 days in this lovely villa. Everything was as described and very clean. The swimming pool was great and we spent most days relaxing by this and enjoying the sunshine. The location was perfect for us, as we like to hire a car and visit different towns in the evening. It has great access to the major roads making it easier to get about. Another bonus was being so close to the Algarve Shopping Outlet, which has plenty of major shopping brands and a supermarket. All correspondence was prompt and even though we had a language barrier there was never any problems. I would recommend this wonderful villa with no hesitation and we will definitely look to revisit in the future.

We spend one week in Serena's home in Ciceratta. It was perfect. It's a quiet place right on the sea. Beach is 2 min walking. You are fot far from Avola, Noto, Fontane Bianche... The house got everything you need and Serena is very helpful. We recommend very much and might come back one day.

The apartment and residence is very nice. It is very well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The terrace is superb and spacious. Also both bedrooms have access to terrace/balcony. The surrounding is beautiful with the pool area and gardens. Very quiet area and due to gated residence we felt very safe. We could look at both german and swedish television, which is an extra bonus. Only a short walk to the beach makes this appartment a perfect location. We definetely recommend this rental!

My husband and I have visited this property two years in a row now and will definitely go back next year as well. This place is super inviting from the moment you walk in. The house is in a fantastic location, the view is breathtaking. The garden is lovely and the area around offers various lovely spots to sit and enjoy the views. The pool is perfect. The communication with the owners has worked well from the beginning, questions were always answered right away. Our host Ezia is wonderful and warm hearted and she gave us lots of useful tips and helped whenever we had questions and made us feel at home right away. This place offers everything you need for a perfect stay. We can only recommend it, you can not get enough of it. Great vacation, unfortunately much too short :-) Thank you!

Home was above the advertisement. Lovely people who are ready to help. We needed a beerkeg every other day so we where supplied good. Lovely outdoorkitchen with nice big table. Enough of every kind of cutlery dishes and a dishwasher. Heaven. 10/10 would recommend and go again. Take care nick and cat.

We were really lucky to find this place! It is like finding a home in the middle of Marseille., we are back in Berlin and still overfilled with our great impressions of Marseille and our great time in Brigitte's place.. Brigitte is more than kind, the apartment is perfect, with the3 rooms, the wonderful garden and terrace and lots of books and great art. You can reach the port by foot and Brigitte is very helpful in giving great tips. Thank you again Brigitte - we will come back!

We are skiing in France for the last 10 years or so, and have been renting similar studios. The convenience of the ski-in / ski-out that Aurore’s studio offers is hard to beat. You will be hard pressed to find a better set-up. The communication always prompt, and Aurore is always happy to advice on things whenever needed.
