The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 25 m² self-contained studio for rent, located in the commune of Lampaul-Plouarzel. You'll be just 150 meters from the beach, and enjoy sea views from the studio and garden! The studio can comfortably accommodate 2 travelers, and comprises a living room with double sofa bed, a fitted kitchenette and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels included. Free Wi-FI. On-site parking. We're waiting for you!

Located in a contemporary house, the fully independent studio is as follows:
- Living room with sofa bed, TV and dining area
- Open, fully-equipped kitchenette: oven, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee-maker, crockery and cutlery, washing machine
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail and WC
- Enjoy the 200 m² garden surrounding the house. A barbecue is at your disposal!

The studio is ideally located in Lampaul-Plouarzel, in a quiet neighborhood. It's 2 km from the town center, where you'll find all the shops you need: grocery store, bakery, pharmacy...
