Completely independent historic villa located in the center of Follonica, on the pedestrian promenade Italia. Structure with entrance gate on the avenue, exclusive garden on the street side and exclusive patio on the beach side. The house is on a single floor at beach level which is located right in front of the house equipped with a passage to reach the sea. The exclusive patio overlooking the sea is as if it were a small private beach.
Nearby you will find all kinds of services, supermarkets, groceries, bazaars, restaurants, bars and shops for shopping.
Villino Ida is a splendid villa with direct access to the beach, which will become your oasis of tranquility by the sea.
You will immediately be welcomed by an exclusive garden equipped with an inviting table for sunset dinners, a barbecue that promises barbecues with friends and relatives and an outdoor shower to refresh you after a day of sun and sea.
Internally we find the kitchen with dishwasher, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a service bathroom, a bathroom with shower, the living room with a splendid view of the sea and the equipped patio on the beach, which will offer you the opportunity to experience the sea at all the hours.
