MOBILE HOME rental near Royan, St Georges de Didonne and Talmont sur Gironde

Comfortable and friendly, this 30 m2 mobile home is located on a quiet family campsite ** a few kilometres from the beaches of Meschers, St Georges de Didonne or Royan. The cycle path or footpath along the coast is 500 m from the campsite. On-site WIFI, laundry, snack bar, petanque court and ping-pong table, a fenced fishing pond (no kill) and in season secure swimming pool, inflatable game for children, restaurant and take-away meals, activities for young and old.
The mobile home has:
- 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, storage, wardrobe and dressing table, the other with two single beds and storage.
- 1 beautiful bright living room including the lounge area with TV, bench, armchair, storage and whose French window opens onto the terrace.
- 1 kitchen equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, extractor, gas oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker and espresso machine, table and chairs.
- 1 shower room with sink.
- 1 separate toilet.
- 1 large terrace, with one part open, the other covered and closed or not according to your choice, equipped with a kitchenette, tables, chairs, wicker armchairs...

Television, Air conditioning, Radiators, WIFI specific to the mobile home

Included:
Duvets and pillows will be provided as well as mattress protectors, sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases.
For the shower, towels are provided but not for the pool or beach, as well as shower gel, shampoo and a hairdryer.
Upon arrival, you will have everything you need to make yourself coffee or tea.

From €360 per week out of season (7 nights). For shorter stays, please contact us. Cleaning will be carried out by you or charged at a flat rate of €60 (a cleaning deposit cheque of €60 will be requested and not cashed if cleaning is done). A security deposit of €300 will be requested and returned at the end of the stay after an inventory of fixtures. A 30% deposit will be required at the time of booking.
