Taxes of City tax 5 % of Rental Amount may be collected during the booking process. If this is not supported, they must be paid to the host upon arrival.
The house includes:
· On the ground floor: an entrance, a toilet, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine , a fireplace (not usable from April to November) and a private terrace.
· On the first floor: two bedrooms with 140 cm beds, a 90 cm bed on a mezzanine, a lounge area on the mezzanine with a television, a bathroom with a toilet.
Located on the banks of Lake Vouglans (600 meters from the house), the Jura is ideal in summer and winter:
In summer, the region is ideal:
· for lovers of hiking, cycling around lakes or waterfalls, or adventures (tree climbing)
· for fishing enthusiasts (5 km from the port of Saisse)
· for swimming (supervised beaches of Surchauffant, Mercantine, Bellecin nautical base, etc.)
· boat rental, canoeing in Pont-de-Poitte
The region also offers the possibility of numerous visits: House of the laughing cow (Lons-le-Saunier), toy museum, international children's festival "idéklic" at the beginning of July (Moirans), diamond and pipe museum (St -Claude), Fort des Rousses, discovery of the Jura vineyards...
All shops are located within 4 km: bakery, pharmacy, butcher, cheese shop, Atm.
In winter, we are located near cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails:
· Grandvaux slope (880 m to 1170 m altitude): Prénovel (family resort cross-country trails, snowshoes, toboggan runs), Saint-Laurent, Morbier, Foncine 30 min.
· Haut Jura (940 m to 1680m): Les Rousses / Lamoura / Prémanon less than an hour away. But also dog sled teams (Prénovel, Les Moussières, La Pesse), winter sledding (Col de la Faucille), ice rink (Prémanon).

Located in the region of lakes and waterfalls, on the edge of Lake Vouglans (600 meters), the gîte will allow you to discover the Jura and its riches. You will have direct access to Lake Vouglans where swimming, hiking, visits, fishing, relaxation and water activities will punctuate your vacation.

Le nettoyage de fin de séjour est inclus, à l'exception de la cuisine. Avant de quitter le gîte, vous devez laisser les lieux propres, vider le lave-vaisselle, ranger la vaisselle et jeter vos déchets dans le conteneur approprié. Des frais supplémentaires de 80 € seront facturés si ces conditions ne sont pas respectées à votre départ.
