Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 5-room villa spanning 250 square meters across two levels. The villa features a large living/dining room with a panoramic window, a television (flat screen), and electric shutters. The living/dining room also has an exit leading to the swimming pool. On the same level, you'll find a large room with a panoramic window, a dressing room with a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), a bathroom with a shower/WC, double hand-basin, and a television (flat screen). This room also has electric shutters and an exit leading to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additional capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine are provided at an extra cost. The kitchen also features a cooking island and a separate WC.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a panoramic window, a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), a television (flat screen), electric shutters, and an exit leading to the terrace. The second bedroom also has a panoramic window, a French bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm), a television (flat screen), electric shutters, and an exit leading to the terrace. The third bedroom features a French bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm) and a television (flat screen). There is also a bathroom with a double hand-basin and a separate WC on this level. The entire villa is equipped with air-conditioning.

During your vacation, you will have access to various amenities within the villa. These include air-conditioning throughout the property, a washing machine for your laundry needs, and a barbecue area perfect for outdoor grilling. The villa is also equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and multiple televisions (flat screen) for your convenience. The maximum occupancy for this villa is eight guests, accommodated across four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The villa features a large terrace that is partially roofed, providing ample outdoor space for relaxation. Terrace furniture, including deck chairs (8), is provided for your comfort. Additional facilities within the villa include an iron and a hair dryer. Internet access is available via WiFi and is complimentary. Reserved parking and a garage are also available for your use.
