The apartment is ideally located, breathtaking views of the sea and the pool. It is spacious, bright, fresh and very well equipped. Everything is there for a successful holiday. Mrs. Biczak who is in charge of the reception is very friendly and takes the time to settle us well. The owners although far away are present when needed. Thank you for this beautiful stay. We had a great holiday despite the windy weather at the beginning of the week. The apartment is very nice, too bad that the pool is not in operation. We were very well received by Kristel, who is very friendly. We will come back with pleasure.

Small apartment very well arranged, ideal for 2 people with a terrace with sea view. Direct access to the beach on foot. Small shops within walking distance (closed out of season). Parking close to the rental very few places. Only downside, the mattress is "hard ". We were very well received and had a sunny and very pleasant week.

A great little apartment! Ultra clean, well appointed, with everything you need in the kitchen too! And what about the situation? On the seafront, 2 terraces including a very large floor above! The location of the rental directly on the beach is tip-top, small shops at the end of the street are super convenient, the rental is consistent with the description, very quiet and well equipped. Pascale is super nice and very smiling. We can return there one day without worries, we recommend this rental without any problem.

This is our 2nd consecutive year in this house. Everything is there: the comfort, the calm, the swimming pool and the sea. The house is really well equipped and the spacious terrace is very nice. We had another 2 weeks this year and Michel is a very charming and accommodating owner. Location to recommend without hesitation !!!!

Rent more than our expectations, indeed having no pictures of the rooms and bathroom I did not know what to expect even if I had full confidence in Mr Monti with whom the contact is very well spent (very nice owner). So we had the good surprise to find 2 beautiful rooms with neat decoration and the parental room with TV screen (not stipulated in the announcement). The well equipped bathroom also with small auxiliary heating for the back season! (Maybe a hair dryer in the drawers would be nice when we forgot hers!) Very well equipped kitchen, nothing is missing as well as the beautiful terrace! Short super week under a beautiful sun just a few steps from the sea !!!!! See you later.......
Location plus qu'à la hauteur de nos attentes, en effet n'ayant pas de photos des chambres et salle de bain je ne savais pas trop à quoi m'attendre même si j'avais totale confiance en Mr Monti avec qui le contact est très bien passé (propriétaire très agréable). Nous avons donc eu la bonne surprise de trouver 2 belles chambres à la décoration soignée et la chambre parentale avec écran TV (non stipulée dans l'annonce) .
La salle de bain bien équipée également avec petit chauffage d'appoint pour l'arrière saison! ( Peut-être un sèche cheveux dans les tiroirs serait bien quand on a oublié le sien!)
Cuisine très bien équipée, il ne manque rien ainsi que la belle terrasse!
Bref super semaine sous un beau soleil à quelques pas de la mer!!!!!

Apartment conforms to the description! Feet in the water (no road to cross), solarium very appreciable !! Seaside resort VERY quiet, ideal to rest, do not hesitate to take the bikes (local dispo closed at night)! Many cycling paths, nice hiking. Sète to 10mn by car. Owner and person who manage on site, very friendly and accomodating. Perhaps a little expensive compared to the size of the apartment and location ......
Appartement conforme à la description ! Pieds dans l'eau ( pas de route à traverser), solarium très appréciable !! Station balnéaire TRÈS calme , idéale pour se reposer, n'hésitez pas à prendre les vélos (local dispo fermé la nuit )! Nombreuses pistes cyclables, rando pédestre sympa . Sète à 10mn en voiture.
Propriétaire et personne qui gèrent sur place , très sympas et arrangeants.
Peut-être un peu cher par rapport à la taille de l'appartement et localisation ......
Apartment very nice, facing the sea, with direct access to the beach by a small dead end. Shops and restaurants nearby The beach is very suitable for couples with young children. The balcony allows to see the sea throughout the day. We will definitely come back.
