We had a pleasant stay, the apartment is ideally located (shops for basic necessities nearby as well as the beach). Irina is a very nice person and always available if needed.

Rented for 3 years, very satisfied with the way of renting. It is rented out complete with beds made (if desired), towels, etc. Well-equipped apartment.
Al 3 jaar gehuurd, zeer tevreden over de wijze van verhuren. Het wordt compleet verhuurd met opgemaakte bedden (indien gewenst), handdoeken etc. Goed geoutilleerd appartement.
We really enjoyed our time there and everything met our needs as a family with 2 children. Even little things were thought of that make it a little easier there ... for example there is a parasol and deck chairs that you can take to the pool or beach. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need. The location is also ideal. Thanks again to you owner and also to Kristell for the nice reception. We recommend. The apartment in any case and would also like to go there again.
Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und alles entsprach genau unseren Bedürfnissen als Gamilie mit 2 Kindern.
Es wurde selbst an Kleinigkeiten gedacht, die es einem dort noch etwas leichter Machen...so gibt es z.B. einen Sonnenschirm und Liegestühle die man sich mal mit zum Pool oder Strand nehmen kann. Auch die Küche ist mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet. Auch die Lage ist ideal.
Danke nochmal an dir Eigentümerin und auch an Kristell für den netten Empfang. Wir empfehle. Die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter und würden auch selbst gern nochmal hinfahren.

ps: for even more comfort, it would be good to replace the cooking plate (2 out of 4 no longer work) and a percolator;)

Accueil à l'italienne c'est à dire très chaleureux avec toutes les informations utiles à notre séjour. Résidence parfaitement sécurisée. Très belle piscine et plage à proximité immédiate. Gardien qui veille au grain. Concernant l'équipement de l'appartement, il serait bon de changer le convertible un peu vieillot du salon ainsi que les plaques de cuisson de la cuisinière dont une était HS. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse grâce heureusement au store. Emplacement de parking en sous sol très pratique.
Nous relouerons certainement cet appartement.

Very clean apartment and in line with the announcement. Only one thing to report. The owner made us pay two chairs, hostage to my deposit, living room on the grounds that one of them were tearing wear !!!!!! In principle I am not a person who comments and who tells his life but then pay two chairs while I know madly that this is not my fault seems unfair.

La propriétaire nous a fait payer deux chaises, sous otage de ma caution, de salon au motif que l'une d'entre elle étaient déchirer d'usure!!!!!!
Par principe je ne suis pas une personne qui commente et qui raconte sa vie mais là payer deux chaises alors que je sais éperdument que cela n'est pas mon tort me semble injuste .
