Great apartment to make the most of a sea view during meals. There is everything you need for a good holiday, washing machine, fitted kitchen etc. The owners are very cordial to give us information and for the arrival, there is Natacha for the inventory, really very nice and helpful, so I recommend with pleasure this rental.
Super appartement pour profiter au maximum d'une vue sur la mer pendant les repas. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances, lave linge, cuisine équipée etc. Les propriétaires sont très cordiales pour nous donner des informations et pour l'arrivé, il y a Natacha pour l'état des lieux, vraiment très gentilles et serviable, je recommande donc avec plaisir cette location.
The rental is not too far from the town of Ste Anne, it is consistent with the description. We were very well received (fruit basket, tea, coffee, water bottles, charcoal). The setting is calm and bucolic, we pass in front of the terrace hens, roosters, geese, turkeys ... We enjoyed the discretion of the family of the owner and the good mood of the little boy. A little flat on the mattress. We recommend without problem this rental.
La location ne se situe pas trop loin du bourg de Ste Anne, elle est conforme à la description.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis (corbeille de fruits, thé, café, bouteilles d'eau, charbon de bois).
Le cadre est calme et bucolique, nous avons passer devant la terrasse poules, coqs, oies, dindons... Nous avons bien apprécié la discrétion de la famille du propriétaire et la bonne humeur du petit garçon.
Un petit bémol sur le matelas.
Nous recommandons sans problème cette location.

Simplement il faut bien signaler que la piscine est devant la maison des propriétaires pour les enfants qui savent nager cela ne présente aucun problème sinon pour les petits. Les parents doivent toujours être présent. Nous avons avons fait la connaissance que de Michelle qui est une personne très agréable et très discret. Très bon séjour.

Our 12-day stay in Guadeloupe went wonderfully well, thanks in large part to the Ti Joss studio. Ideally located in a quiet and well maintained residence, the studio offers everything needed for a pleasant holiday in the West Indies. Pleasant rental. Good location. Mrs R. listens to holidaymakers and wants everything to be at its best. A few things to clarify all the same about air conditioning, access to the beach and the pool. But otherwise the rental is in keeping with the photos and the welcome gifts made us very happy because it is very nice to arrive with a nice basket of prepared fruits and other small gifts.

Quelques petites choses à préciser tout de même concernant la climatisation, l'accès à la plage et à la piscine.
Mais sinon la location est conforme aux photos et les cadeaux de bienvenus nous ont fait très plaisir car cela est très agréable d'arriver avec une belle corbeille de fruits préparée et autres petits cadeaux.

Excellent stay of 3 weeks in this rental very well located on the seafront and near the center of Ste Anne. The very friendly owner gave us some tips for tours and restaurants that proved helpful when you do not know the area. Much to see and do in Guadeloupe we hope to return.

Very good reception of Thierry and Michèle, available for all information. Funky pool that we enjoyed every day at different times without constraint, the children have feasted. Location well placed to discover Guadeloupe. We will return with great pleasure without hesitation.

A very welcoming owner who gave us a lot of advice, regarding the rental, restaurants to eat, excursions to do, car rentals and all local shops. The accommodation was very clean, and well equipped (TV, tassimo, internet, air conditioning). The owner was always there for our comfort during our stay. The accommodation is located close to all shops, and geographically well located in the middle of the island to discover all of Guadeloupe. We will come back to this beautiful place again. To book with your eyes closed !!

Le logement était très propres, et bien équipé (TV, tassimo, internet, climatisation).
Le propriétaire était toujours présent pour notre confort durant notre séjour.
Le logement est situé à proximité de tous les commerces de proximité, et géographiquement bien situé au milieu de l’île pour pouvoir découvrir l’ensemble de la Guadeloupe. Nous reviendrons encore à cet endroit magnifique.

Very good geographical location. Near the airport and ideal for visiting the island. The apartment, in which we stayed 3 months, is clean and very well appointed and there is nothing missing thanks to Karol, always very caring with us.
We enjoyed not having to wash the sheets: Karol came to pick them up and brought us clean, ironed. Karol is a caring person who does not hesitate to move at the slightest problem and who does everything to make our stay pleasant. We advise the rental of this apartment in every way.

L'appartement, dans lequel nous avons séjourné 3 mois, est propre et très bien agencé et il n'y manque rien grâce à Karol, toujours aux petits soins avec nous.
Nous avons apprécié le fait de ne pas avoir à laver les draps : Karol venait les chercher et nous en ramenait des propres, bien repassés.
Karol est une personne bienveillante qui n'hésite pas à se déplacer au moindre problème et qui fait tout pour nous rendre le séjour agréable.
Nous conseillons donc la location de cet appartement en tout point de vue.

Really very warm welcome from the owners. Nice and quiet accommodation. The announcement suggests that the pool is private ... This is not quite the case. She is at the owners, next door. However, we had access to it at will. It lacks a living space, in addition to 2 bedrooms and open kitchen: evenings under a wind often strong enough are not very pleasant outside.

Logement agréable et calme. L'annonce laisse à penser que la piscine est privative... Ce qui n'est pas tout à fait le cas. Elle est chez les propriétaires, juste à côté. Cependant, nous y avions accès à volonté. Il manque un espace à vivre, en plus des 2 chambres et de la cuisine ouverte: les soirées sous un vent souvent assez fort ne sont pas très agréables à l'extérieur.
