We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Toulouse, close to the lake of the ramée and the basins of employment, this charming house of a surface of 125 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 65 m² including a veranda, an open equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 150 m² and a terrace. Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the ground floor :
- An entrance to deposit and store your shoes and coats.
- A bright veranda, air-conditioned and 2/3 openable of 25 m², relaxation and reading area with sofa bed (double), armchairs and dining area with a large solid wood table.
- An air-conditioned living room of 40 m² with TV, sofa and office area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: island, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee maker...
- A laundry room.
- Separate toilet.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1 (11 m², south facing): a queen-size bed (160×200), a closet, storage space and a silent fan.
- Bedroom 2 (12 m², East facing): one queen-size bed (160×180), closet, desk overlooking the garden and a silent fan.
- Bedroom 3 (East facing): two single beds (90×200), a closet, storage space and a silent fan.
- A bathroom with bathtub-shower, double sink and storage units.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 130 m², facing North-East.
- A terrace of about 16 m² with furniture including 2 barbecues to enjoy the nice days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment close to the lake of la Ramée. The house is located in a quiet private area of 5 residential houses (only owners) protected by an electric gate and very secure for young children (they can play outside without risk). The street is not busy. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Airbus is less than 10 minutes away by car, even in case of traffic jams, by expressway.
Thales, Continental, CapGemini, less than 10 min walk away.

Activities :
Located in the heart of the South-West, Toulouse deserves its name of pink city. The pinkish color of the brick of its buildings and houses gives the city an undeniable charm. Renowned for its pleasant atmosphere, Toulouse is also a city of Art and History with an important architectural and artistic heritage that has been magnificently preserved over the centuries.
- Tourist sites: Visit of the pink city, the Canal du Midi (colossal work classified in the world heritage of the Unesco)
- Sporting activities: hiking and biking, canoeing, paddle on the Garonne, accrobranche, horse riding...
- Cultural visits : the Augustins museum, the Toulouse museum, the space city

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the development's private car park, 2 m from the entrance, which can accommodate 2 vehicles.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Metro and bus.
- Nearest train station: Toulouse train station located about 35 minutes away by public transportation and 15 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Toulouse Blagnac airport located at about 1H00 by public transport and 10 minutes by car.

Other remarks :
- Cleaning and linen are included for stays of less than 15 days. For longer stays, a cleaning and linen change supplement will be applied.
