The apartment is located close to the nautical centre of Aqualand and shops at 100 m. Sea and shops accessible by a pedestrian path. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator, overlooking the gardens and part of the pool. It has a surface area of approximately 38 m 2, in very good condition and is composed as follows:
-a living room with sofa bed, sideboard, TV, coffee table, cabinets and CD radio
-Kitchenette (hotplates, microwave, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine)
-1 room with bed 2 pers-storage
-1 cabin lace with 2 bunk beds
-1 bathroom with shower
-1 separate WC
-1 loggia with ceiling, corner meal, table, chairs and armchairs
-1 parking place Nr.103

Open plan living pleasant, well appointed, with a large balcony that offers a real extra room in the apartment and two independent rooms: one is quite small but adequate for a holiday period
The pool view is nice and the view is quite clear
The big plus is that you can do everything on foot: 5 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from Aqualand, 10 minutes walk from shops, 10 minutes from the Island leisure and twenty minutes to go the port of Cap d'Agde Rochelongue by footpaths
