Near the sea, the Thau pond and the spa resort of Balaruc les bains, the cottage «La glycine» is located in a former wine estate, in the center of the village of Poussan. In a large courtyard (1,600 m²) and a fenced garden (4,400 m²) shared with the other occupants of the estate and the apartment of the owners (presence of 3 other gites), you will stay in a cottage of 37 m² with two doorswindows that open onto a shaded terrace shared with another accommodation (well delimited space of 30 m² for your accommodation). Access to the garden and courtyard below by an inclined plane or a staircase. Kitchen area in the living room; sleeping area (2 twin beds 90x190 cm), bathroom/ WC. Heating/air conditioning, sheets provided and beds made. End of stay cleaning: option to ask the owner before arrival (50 €). Television, washing machine and dishwasher in the cottage. Parking space reserved in the courtyard. A barbecue, a ping-pong table and a covered shelter to park bicycles are available to the occupants of the cottages. Cot and high chair on request before arrival. Electric car charging socket available from March 2024 (to be reported when booking). TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: coastal beaches, Sète (port, jousts), Mèze and Bouzigues (villages on the edge of the Thau pond, oyster farming), Montpellier (Fabre museum, summer festivals), Pézenas (heritage, city of Molière), Cap d'Agde seaside resort, Béziers (the 9 locks, canal du midi), Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert and gorges de l'hérault, etc. No excess capacity allowed. In case of cleaning not done at the end of the stay, a fee of 50 € will be charged on the deposit. Discount for stays of 3 weeks or more: Very low season: -25%, Low season: -20%; Medium season: -15%; High season: -10%.
