L’appartamento è di mq 36 in zona pedonale posto a piano terra con ingresso indipendente: si affaccia su un cortile privato recintato di circa 60 mq dotato di – patio coperto ed attrezzato per mangiare all’aperto – barbecue in muratura – doccia e tante piante fiorite. L’appartamento è composto da una camera matrimoniale – la cameretta con due letti a castello – il soggiorno con angolo cottura ed il bagno con doccia. E’ ubicato vicino sia al centro commerciale (costituito da supermercato, bar ristorante pizzeria, info point e guardia medica) che all’anfiteatro dove si svolgono spettacoli serali.
Il Villaggio Cala di Rosa Marina è sorvegliato 24h da vigilanza privata e si accede soltanto con tessera magnetica. Nel Villaggio sono presenti ristoranti, bar, supermercato, negozi vari, parco giochi, anfiteatro per spettacoli, guardia medica, farmacia, campi da tennis, calcetto, beach volley. Su prenotazione è possibile noleggiarla (lavata ma non stirata) al costo di € 20 per letto singolo oppure € 40 per letto matrimoniale.
