Charming house located 35km north of Montpellier in the "Domaine du Pous" (municipality of Notre-Dame-de-Londres), in the middle of the garrigue.

The house can host up to 14 people and has its own secure private swimming pool (around 50 m from the house).

It is a single-storey house of 300m² divided into:
> Daytime area with an open kitchen, a dining room and a 100m² living room with a terrace facing the Pic Saint Loup.

> Night area with 5 bedrooms, a main bathroom and 4 shower-rooms:
- 2 parental bedrooms with their own shower rooms,
- a bedroom with convertible bed (which can be converted into a double bed/two beds/one bed) with its own shower-room
- a 2-bed bedroom and a convertible bed,
- a 2-bed bedroom (+ a convertible sofa).


The cottage is ideal for family holidays or between friends!

Please note that the minimum stay is 7 nights.
Cette bergerie de charme se situe à 35 km au nord de Monpellier, dans le Domaine du Pous (commune de Notre-Dame-de-Londres), au calme en pleine garrigue.

Elle peut accueillir un maximum de 14 personnes (idéalement 10-12) et possède sa piscine privative sécurisée (env. 50 m de la maison).

Cette maison de plain pied de 300 m² habitable se compose :
> D’une partie jour avec une cuisine américaine et un espace salle à manger, d’un salon de près de 100 m² donnant sur la terrasse avec vue sur le Pic Saint Loup.

> D’une partie nuit desservant 5 chambres, une salle de bain principale et 4 salles d’eau : une première chambre comprenant deux lits simple et un clic-clac lit double d’appoint, une seconde avec avec lit double et salle d'eau attenante, une troisième comprenant un lit gigogne et sa salle d'eau attenante, une quatrième avec un lit gigogne et deux lits simples et une dernière un lit double et sa salle d'eau attenante.

La bergerie est idéale pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis !

- pour des raisons pratiques, le séjour minimum est de 7 nuits.
