On the ground floor there is a large fitted kitchen with everything necessary for cooking including 1 American fridge, 1 dining room, a large living room equipped with a sofa (convertible into a double bed), 1 flat screen TV. A large bay window illuminates this space.
You will find a 2nd bedroom (160 cm bed) + bathroom with WC, a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 cm and a 4th bedroom with a 140 cm bed. A 3rd shower room is in this space.
The private terrace is equipped with 1 table and chairs for 10 people, 1 charcoal barbecue + drying rack
