Enjoy peace and entertainment in this luxury holiday villa in Ribamar on Portugal's beautiful Silver Coast (Costa da Prata), 45 minutes’ drive from Lisbon / airport. The region is known for its beautiful beaches, perfect for surfing and/or other recreational activities. There are fantastic restaurants serving fresh fish and local seafood. The people are very friendly and the place is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the natural beauty of Portugal's west coast. The house has 367 m2 of living space and is located on its own land of 5,600 m2. It has an unobstructed view over a green valley, where dinosaurs dominated long ago. The house has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a spacious kitchen diner and a lovely terrace with private swimming pool. Welcome to Villa Casa Branca!

Accommodation
The house is attractively furnished with beautiful and high-quality furniture. In the living rooms there are several sitting areas and (sliding) doors that lead to a large terrace, ideal for outdoor living and enjoying the Portuguese sun. Each of the six bedrooms has its own bathroom. The garden, with various lawns, flower beds, palm trees and various types of fruit trees, is well maintained. Around the pool there are spacious sun terraces with comfortable sun beds and garden chairs. There is also an outdoor shower. The barbecue is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and you can dine out of the wind. The house also has its own water source!

Layout
Ground floor
Excellent fully fitted kitchen with the entry to the large terrace. The dining room has a dining table with a generous number of seats (two high chairs available for the kids). The villa has a spacious living room with comfortable seating, satellite TV / Netflix, DVD player and of course free WiFi. This room is therefore perfect for relaxing on a lounge chair, reading a book or enjoying the view over the valley. The second living room is furnished as a games room, including an authentic game table. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom (double bed), an additional bedroom with a double sofa bed, three bathrooms and a storage room with access to both garages.

Upstairs
There are two bedrooms on the right side of the house. One room has a double bed, walk-in closet, with a bathroom en suite. If you open the balcony doors you can enjoy the evening sun on a private balcony. The other bedroom has a bunk bed for the children with unobstructed views over the valley. This includes a bathroom with shower, toilet, bath, sink and bidet. There is a wardrobe on the landing.
On the left are also two bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with twin beds) and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bath, sink and bidet. Here is also access to the balcony at the front and rear. A perfect place to wake up with a cup of coffee while looking out over the valley.

Localisation of holiday rentals
There are many beaches in the area. Two kilometers north is Praia da Areia Branca, a small seaside resort, where it is pleasantly busy in summer, but where there is also plenty to do in winter. The beach Praia do Areal and the terraces on the pedestrian promenade of Passeio do Mar are easily accessible on foot (through the beautiful dune area). To the south is Praia da Peralta. Here you can eat delicious Portuguese tapas (petiscos) in the summer season.

Nice places in the area are:
• Lourinhã - cozy center with terraces, shopping streets and restaurant. Don't forget to visit the dinosaur era museum and nearby park!
• Peniche & Baleal - known for the "Supertubos" surf beach
• Berlenga Islands - nice for a day trip, the boat leaves from Peniche
• Obidos - completely intact medieval town with castle
• Torres Vedras and Caldas da Rainha - cozy cities for shopping, sitting on a terrace or eating out

From the villa you are in Lisbon within 45 minutes. Lisbon is a beautiful city with picturesque, winding and narrow streets, but also with wide shopping avenues, squares and fountains. Don't forget to take a ride on one of the old trams. There is also plenty of choice for golf enthusiasts. There are several golf courses in the vicinity: the Westcliffs course, which opened in 2018, the Praia d'El Rey course with varied holes (from forest to dunes) and the beautifully spacious Royal Obidos.
