Surrounded by the greenery of the pine forest, 250 meters from the beach, near Maremma Park (200 meters) and close to the shops in the centre, bright 65 m2 apartment comprising living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and hallway. In the spacious living room there is a furnished balcony (table and chairs for eating outdoors) and a double sofa bed. In the kitchenette with balcony there are: fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker, and everything needed for cooking.
The bathroom with window has a shower cubicle. The master bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe and bedside tables. The other bedroom has two beds, wardrobe and bedside tables. Assigned parking space in the condominium courtyard. Pets are allowed by agreement with the owner.
In high season, the minimum rental period for the apartment is two weeks.
Immerso nel verde della pineta, a 250 metri dalla spiaggia, adiacente al Parco della Maremma (300 metri) e vicino alle attività commerciali del centro, appartamento luminoso di 65 mq composto da soggiorno, cucina, due camere ,bagno e disimpegno. Nello spazioso soggiorno c’è un balcone arredato (tavolo e sedie per poter mangiare all’aperto) ed un divano letto a due posti. Nel cucinotto con balconcino ci sono: frigo con congelatore, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, cucina a gas ,e l’occorrente per cucinare.
Il bagno con finestra ha il box doccia. La camera matrimoniale é corredata di armadio e comodini. L’altra camera ha due letti, armadio e comodini. Nella corte condominiale posto auto assegnato. Gli animali sono ammessi previo accordo con il proprietario.
