The apartment has spacious green areas with garden furniture, a barbecue area, and parking on the property.

The sea, with its easily accessible low rocky coast, is about 900 meters from the house via a nearby road; Cavalli beach is just 2 km away. The main apartment is on the upper floor. Recommended for families and couples. Pets are not allowed.

Water and gas are included; due to the energy crisis, use of electricity is included up to a reasonable limit, beyond which on-site payment for the difference is required, as per meter reading (meter readings will be provided at check-in and check-out).

L'appartamento presenta ampi spazi verdi, organizzati con mobili da giardino, area barbecue e parcheggio all'interno della proprietà. Internamente invece risulta composta da: cucina, due camere da letto delle quali una matrimoniale e una doppia, bagno completo con doccia.

Il mare, caratterizzato da una scogliera bassa di facile accesso, dista circa 900 metri dall'abitazione percorrendo una strada vicinale; a soli 2 km invece si trova la spiaggia dei Cavalli. Appartamento padronale al piano superiore. Consigliata a famiglie e coppie.
Non si accettano animali domestici.

I consumi di acqua e gas sono inclusi; data l’emergenza energetica, i consumi elettrici sono inclusi fino ad un congruo tetto limite, oltre il quale è richiesto pagamento in loco della differenza, come da lettura del contatore( sarà fornita lettura al check in e check out)
