The apartment, surrounded by a beautiful garden with typical Sicilian oranges, lemons, tangerines, flowers and various plants, is located 500 meters from the Ionian coast of Avola with its beautiful beaches and clear water, pristine sea.
The house is brand new, giving guests a pleasant holiday in comfort, in a perfect geographical location. It is an excellent base for exploring the natural and architectural beauty of the area.
The apartment offers a spacious bright kitchen and living room that overlooks the veranda furnished with table and chairs where you can spend a relaxing moment surrounded by the scent and tranquility of nature.
A large and elegant bedroom has space for four people and a refined room-lounge with sofa bed, offering enough space for two other people, so the house can accommodate up to six people.
The accommodation has recently been renovated in great detail with good finish and accessories, kitchen and bathroom are brand new and the rooms are elegantly furnished.

La casa dispone di tutti i confort al fine di garantire ai suoi ospiti totale comodità; abbiamo curato ogni dettaglio poiché pensiamo che la serenità dei nostri ospiti sia per noi assoluta priorità.
La villa offre un curatissimo giardino con prato attrezzato con sdraio, zona solarium e docce esterne in muratura con acqua calda; tra alberi di vario tipo e ampi spazi verdi consente ai propri ospiti un'atmosfera piacevole e rilassante.

That said, the choice made fell on a house in Avola that turned out to be an extraordinary choice.
Beautiful place friendly owner attentive and thoughtful.
House with all the needs that you can ask for a fresh garden is a very nice experience to be redone absolutely.
The owner is a guy extremely helpful, my friends and I spent a wonderful week in Avola and in the province of Syracuse.
We were really good, a really big thank you to Pine (the owner) for his great kindness and availability, if we were to return to Avola will certainly be staying in his holiday home!

The apartment is a perfect match description, well furnished, clean and equipped: nothing is missing!
The appliances are fully functional and complete kitchen tools.
Outside the cottage is very well presented and the garden is great attention to detail.
We spent a pleasant holiday and Avola proved to be a perfect reference point for exploring a beautiful part of Sicily.
Within walking distance are in fact Noto, Syracuse and many beaches, the same Avola is a town clean, pleasant and full of interesting monuments.
The bars and bakeries in the area then, are unsurpassed!
The sea is beautiful everywhere and the beaches are suitable for all the needs for the more adventurous and families with children.
