The house is brand new, giving guests a pleasant holiday in comfort, in a perfect geographical location. It is an excellent base for exploring the natural and architectural beauty of the area.
The apartment offers a spacious bright kitchen and living room that overlooks the veranda furnished with table and chairs where you can spend a relaxing moment surrounded by the scent and tranquility of nature.
A large and elegant bedroom has space for four people and a refined room-lounge with sofa bed, offering enough space for two other people, so the house can accommodate up to six people.
The accommodation has recently been renovated in great detail with good finish and accessories, kitchen and bathroom are brand new and the rooms are elegantly furnished.

Getting there
To get to Avola, drive along the A18 ME-CT-A19 highway, at the Sr Pa-Ct-Sr Avola exit, follow Via Siracusa to Agip, turn left and drive along the Avenue. It is also well connected by bus to the international airport of Catania "Fontanarossa" which is 70 km from the city.
Avola è raggiungibile in auto, percorrendo l'autostrada A18 Me-Ct-Sr o A19 Pa-Ct-Sr uscita Avola; percorrere via Siracusa fino al rifornimento Eni, svoltare a sinistra e percorrere il Viale Lido.
