There were several motorcyclists and a car.
The house and garden are very well maintained and the location is perfect for trips to Alsace and the Vosges.
The house is very well equipped, the kitchen is fully equipped and everything is very clean!
The wood stove in the living room gives off great warmth, and there is also plenty of seating in the winter garden.
We would love to come back!!!

The service provided by the rental company is very good. Impeccable cleanliness.

The equipment, all inclusive, really everything, is as advertised.
House renovated with taste and cutting-edge modernity, I am thinking in particular of the great kitchen.
The exterior wooden terraces add to the charm of this very spacious home.
The owner is very welcoming and warm.
And it is peaceful, surrounded by forests. A little paradise.
The perfect welcome, quiet location, ideal for resting.
Sanitary facilities, showers, perfect for a family of 14 people.
Everyone found their corner of relaxation, the very nice terrace and the perfect Nordic bath for those who wanted to dive into it.
Only the internet was not always up to par, but that was okay. On vacation, you can also disconnect.
Thank you for allowing us to spend an excellent week of vacation with the children and grandchildren.

The cottage is truly exceptional both in terms of space and equipment.
Its geographical location is ideal for finding peace in nature, enjoying the hiking trails, alpine and Nordic ski areas and mountain bike trails.
Gérard and Claudine have a great and rare sense of hospitality, which deserves to be underlined.
We don't usually praise our rentals so much, but this is well deserved.

Excellent bedding, really nothing negative.
The owners welcomed us with open arms and we spread with a good pot of honey and local herbal tea.
We highly recommend this rental and do not hesitate to return for the next weekend.

We were very well received by Gérard who is a very friendly host, attentive and always present when needed.
The chalet is simply magnificent, very functional, nothing is missing, the little extra: a wood stove lit by Gérard before our arrival and the big plus, a hot Nordic bath as soon as we arrived, we loved it.
All surrounded by greenery, forest and beautiful places to walk and relax.
A real corner of paradise!

The chalet itself is well equipped with materials (kitchen, bed linen, ....) and is child-friendly. There is also material provided for a Baby (cot, bouncer, changing table, etc...)

The cottage is very pleasant, very clean and functional. Nothing is missing and everything is done to feel good. (many guides and books on the region, botany, top top children's books).

It was really a superb family vacation that will mark us for a long time! And what about the wood-fired spa under a radiant moon, listening to the crackling fire and the murmurs of animals! Magical!

So exceptional comfort, rarely encountered.
This cottage is ideally located, in lush greenery, in a luxuriant nature .. a breathtaking view from the chalet terrace and from all the windows .. An "Olympian " calm reigns around this magnificent gîte .. greenery as far as the eye can see, surrounded by magnificent fir forests .. The owner is an exquisite person! .. adorable person, always smiling, outgoing, and of a very easy contact. We left this rental regretfully, our stay was so pleasant and relaxing .. A very good address, which I will recommend to all my friends ..

Full of hiking and walking (on foot or mountain bike) nearby (100m from the rental or 1/2 hour drive), that your host will be happy to present, documentation and maps IGN in support .
Do not want to move: the Nordic bath is a treat not to neglect !!

Ideal for lovers of the mountains (hiking, observation deer at night from the terrace ...).
We were able to enjoy the Nordic bath and the stove, very nice!
Gerard was responsive and available for any questions, so do not hesitate to ask him for advice.
The welcome is very warm and very helpful owners!
The provision proposed in "all inclusive " is a plus!
Lightweight small downside, it lacks some storage space in the rooms.
Recommended for a good holiday!

we spent a very pleasant stay. The rental is very well kept and very clean, it conforms to photos and descriptions. Gerard and his family are available and we have well-oriented on the Christmas markets and walks to do.
Special mention to the all-inclusive price (sheets, towels, tourist tax, heating stove etc.) which is really convenient and a quality / price and great for Nordic bath (no extra charge) which reserves to relaxing moments of breathtaking views. A real treat for our stay and we are totally grateful for the assistance and availability provided by our host to heat and prepare the bath.
Of all the locations alreadymade so far, Gerard cottage is by far where we felt at home in a gorgeous setting. I recommend this cottage has any romantic person of nature, peace, relaxation and simplicity.
I will stop my compliments because at this rate it will become increasingly difficult to find a niche for a few days in the 'Ramee'. thank you again Gerard and Claudine because after every time you stay refreshed as we return home ... Do not change anything! See you soon....
