Apartment conforms to the description, very well located, bakery, tobacconist, grocery store, restaurant, and the beach, not to mention the parking lot, and in addition a fair price!
Description of the rental conforms to reality (very good location overlooking the port, the ocean, quiet, well equipped, clean, close to the beach, bus leading to the city center, small convenience stores nearby). Very happy with our stay. We recommend it.

I recommend it for a couple. view of the port des minimes, small shop just below the rental, 40 minutes walk from the 2 towers of La Rochelle, 20 minutes if you take the maritime bus. thank you for the good advice from the owner for outings in La Rochelle and the surrounding area and restaurants.
No surprises compared to this announcement and a real satisfaction to have stayed in this very functional studio. Very well located and enjoyed the calm of this residence.

The inventory is systematically made at the entrance and exit. However it is true that we do not always count all the small spoons and other pieces present in the studio.
There are indeed some traces of limestone on the protection of the shower despite the cleaning done in early July and the cleaning of previous tenants.
The cleaning was satisfactory at the exit of the tenant of the week before (inventory of places of exit). In addition we have someone who does a little cleaning after each trip. We are sorry that this does not correspond to the level of requirement of Mrs. K.

Il y a effectivement quelques traces de calcaire sur la protection de la douche malgré le nettoyage fait début juillet et le nettoyage des locataires précédents.
Le ménage était satisfaisant lors de la sortie du locataire de la semaine d'avant (état des lieux de sortie). De plus nous avons quelqu'un qui refait un petit nettoyage après chaque sortie. Nous sommes désolé que cela ne corresponde pas au niveau d'exigence de Madame K.
