The villa is located in a wonderful setting, surrounded by nature, where the
sea, 50 meters away, is the backdrop.
Located in a strategic place, close to the most beautiful natural attractions of
Western Sicily, and at the same time close to two international airports
(Palermo and Trapani).
Inside the same villa there is the wonderful GREEN HOUSE, the most
beautiful of the property, equipped with a large kitchen lounge, wonderful
bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms in the attic with breathtaking sea
view, and a small night bathroom, wifi free, telephone, AIR CONDITIONING
in all rooms, private verandas with sea view, garden where you can relax and
enjoy the view.
In the garden there are outdoor showers for common use, and it is also
possible to have nice barbecues thanks to the barbecue made available to
visitors.
N.B: THE PRICE INDICATED IS FOR THE GREEN HOUSE (2 ADULTS), FURTHER
USERS WILL BE CHARGED IN ADDITION.
The landlady is very friendly and will help you as best as possible
during your stay.
The villa offers serenity and relaxation to those looking for an
unforgettable holiday, but at the same time there are many nearby towns
full of places to have fun.
The apartments will be disinfected in accordance with the law by a company
responsible for protecting the health of the occupants relating to COVID-19.

We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of our apartment, really clean from top to bottom. Even under the beds! which generally never clean, even in 4-star hotels.
As soon as we arrived we were very well received by Mrs. P. who runs the holiday apartments, making us also find in the fridge water and tea to freshen up from the long journey. In the bathroom we found new soap to wash ourselves, fresh towels and freshly made beds with clean and perfumed laundry sheets.
The structure is well positioned on a rise of Baia Guidaloca, on which it overlooks. The first useful beach is very close, just 4/5 meters from the gate of the villa's garden, crossing the lane of the district and descending a staircase of 137 steps (challenging but not a problem).
The beautiful and suggestive bay has free beaches of white pebbles and equipped beaches, I recommend the first organized structure "Dies vacuus ", where they are nice guys and always very available, never chaotic, where thanks to the recommendation of Ms P with only ? 10 you cantake advantage of two sunbeds and an umbrella, also wanting in the front row ..
Unfortunately, the structure does not have its own parking, but there is always a place in the evening outside, a little less in the day because of the commuter cars that come to the sea. Just 10 meters, however, there is a paid parking for only ? 3 all day except the night, but at that point you can park in front of the villa.
Absent even the washing machine, but organizing if you can do without it. We stayed 20 days with 2 children and we came out alive.
It is also possible to take a shower outside (wonderful experience with a sea view) which is also equipped with hot water and you can use soaps, which is very useful, at least for us.
We will definitely return to this structure because it has everything you can ask for this type of accommodation and not least to review the owners, very kind, always present for anything but at the same time very, but very discreet.
It looks like a part review, it's true, but this was my experience in this structure.
