Beautiful HOLIDAY HOME close to the sea with private terrace, in Mattinata, Gargano
Do you want to spend a holiday in a typically Mediterranean style house just a few meters from the sea?

Throughout the year we rent a very pretty house, in Mediterranean style in Mattinata, Gargano, with private terrace, completely renovated two years ago, located on grounds bordering the beach.

The beach can be reached on foot in a VERY FEW SECONDS.
It takes almost longer to write than to do.

The ideal capacity is 2 people, 3 maximum.
Inside the house there is in fact a double bed and an armchair / bed (when open it measures 80 cm x 180 cm).

It is therefore ideal for a couple or a couple with a child.

In addition to the internal spaces, the house also has:

- Private TERRACE / SOLARIUM of 30 sqm from which you can enjoy a beautiful view, sunbathe or simply relax.
- Interior with sofa.
- Covered external VERANDA of about 12 square meters.

The house is surrounded by typical Gargano and Mediterranean nature (olive trees, citrus fruits, etc.) and has a large garden.

Parking space: you can comfortably leave your car a few meters from the house.

Natural habitat with the typical green of the Mediterranean scrub (olive trees, citrus fruits, etc.).
