The apartment is at the end of the corridor, no traffic, no noise...
The duplex is a very appreciable plus. The apartment is complete, everything is provided, it is well maintained.
As for Patrick, special mention... he is available, accommodating, pleasant, it is with pleasure that we will rent again!!!

A beautiful, bright, quiet apartment, very beautiful view of the sea and the Peñiscola castle, close to the center. The swimming pool is a plus for the peace of children.
The staircase takes up a little too much space in the main room.
2 negative points:
Air conditioning would be welcome in hot weather.
Lack of light in the bathroom.
Overall we had a very good stay.

Looks like you broke the toilet seat without telling me, which I didn't like. It can happen, it's not serious, but you should let me know for the next tenants.
Finally, the apartment is neither smaller nor bigger than advertised. It is the size of all the floors of the residence.
Remember that negative comments like this prevent future tenants from learning about the reality of the apartment. Criticism is encouraged but it has to be constructive as you say so if I apologize and explain myself and listen to improve it should be taken into account and encourage future tenants to come.
Parece que rompiste el asiento del váter sin decÃrmelo, lo que no me gustó. Puede ocurrir, no es grave, pero deberÃa avisarme para los próximos inquilinos.
Por último, el piso no es ni más pequeño ni más grande de lo anunciado. Es el tamaño de todos los pisos de la residencia.
Recuerde que comentarios negativos como éste impiden que los futuros inquilinos se enteren de la realidad del piso. Se fomentan las crÃticas pero tienen que ser constructivas, como usted dice, asà que si me disculpo y me explico y escucho para mejorar deberÃa tenerse en cuenta y animar a futuros inquilinos a venir.
