This architect designed villa built in 2012, with the CLEVACANCES 4 keys label, on grounds of 1200 m2, is located in the hamlet of Crocce de Lavatoggio, a small village at an altitude of 280 m, overlooking the bay of Algajola, 15 minutes from Calvi airport.
It is individual and fully equipped with kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including a master suite with bathroom.
The private swimming pool of 9.50 m x 4 m is heated to 28° min and secured by an electric roller shutter with a sunbathing area. It will not be open until 13 May 2023.
Air conditioning is in all rooms in the house.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, hand blender, chopper, cutlery and numerous utensils... opening onto a large living room/sitting room adjoining a large covered terrace with panoramic sea and mountain views.

On this floor, there is a bedroom with bathroom (1 bed x 160).
On the lower level, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a bedroom with a double bed (180cm) or two single beds (90cm) and a bathroom, all of which open onto the uncovered terrace of the summer dining area with sink and fridge, located next to the pool.
You will be able to have lunch and dinner on 2 terraces, covered or not, with a panoramic view of the bay of Algajola and the mountains, with its medieval villages in eagle's nest locations.
Parking in and next to the property for several vehicles, ping pong table, private petanque court by the pool.
Lavatoggio is a village in the heart of the Balagne region, close to the sea but in the countryside, away from the crowds and traffic jams, whose history evokes its wash houses and old stones, in the gentle tranquillity, 5 minutes' walk from a renowned restaurant in an old oil mill, 15 minutes from Calvi and Ile Rousse, 10 minutes from the fine sandy beaches and water sports.

When you arrive at the sign indicating LUMIO coming from Ile Rousse, take the road on the left (wine road) towards Lavatoggio (5 km).
