Lifts and underground parking available. Ideally located just a 5-minute walk to Alvor centre with its quaint narrow streets and numerous bars and restaurants and 7-minute walk to the beautiful and large beach. There is a well-equipped supermarket close by.

The apartment has its own private roof terrace (300m2) with patio furniture, sun loungers and electric awning.

The complex has a good-sized adult swimming pool and a separate children’s swimming pool.

The pool area is clean and equipped with free sun loungers and sunshades.
A tennis court is on site and racquet hire is available from reception. On site there is a mini market for essentials, snack bars and café/restaurants which offer delicious snacks and light meals.

Not suitable for young children.
No smoking inside the apartment.

The beach is beautiful and wide. Nature lovers should visit the marshland, saltpans and mudflats of the Alvor estuary which is great for birdwatching.
