A REAL WOODEN CHALET NEXT TO THE PISTES FOR 4, 7, 10 PERSONNES
A beautiful modern wooden chalet ideally located int the middle of all leasure activities. In winter the chalet is next to the pistes just opposite a chairlift. In summer, quite a lot of activities are accessible : mountain activities (hiking, via ferrata, mountain bike), horse-riding, fishing, archery, summer tobbogan....water activities too : on the Serre-Ponçon lake or on the "plan d'eau" in Embrun and also on the Durance river white water sports ( rafting, canoeing, sailing). Made up of three entirely independant apartment = 4, 7, and 10 people. You can reserve one of the three apartment or modulate the 4 with the 7 or the 7 with the 10...or the whole lot to a maximum of 21 people and 2 babies. The given price are those for 10 people. Please contact me for the prices and the photos of the others. It has a southern exposure with large terraces for each apartment, a very charming and confortable chalet. It is carefully furnished and well decorated. Here are some details about the bedding of the 10 people apartment : there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bed for a baby, an other bedroom with 2 single beds and a third one with 4 single bunk beds, and a double couch in the living room. A large terrace and 2 balconies,2WC. Fully equipped kitchen. In summer, garden furniture with deck-chairs and barbecue complete an already very confortable equipement !
