Very comfortable 3-room apartments in a family residence
Comfortable APARTMENTS, SITUATED IN THE CENTRE OF "MIRAMARE DI RIMINI", IN A QUIET RESIDENTIAL GREEN AREA, FAR FROM THE TRAFFIC BUT ONLY 350 METRES FROM THE BEACH.
The apartments are in a small and friendly 3-floor house with lift managed directly by the owner, of good quality and comfortable with balcony and safety front door. Prices indicated are for 4 persons but different arrangements are available on request (air conditioning is available only in some cases and at extra cost (ask at the time of the reservation). The rental price also includes sun umbrella + facilities on a local private beach (in this case it does not include sun-beds and/or sun-chairs which have to be rented directly on site).
The apartments are all of high quality and comfortable with a balcony and a safety front door.
THREE ROOM APARTMENTS (60 square meters + balcony max 6 persons)
Living room with sofa bed and complete cooking area, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms one with shower and one with bath. One or two extra beds available (for an extra charge).

TWO ROOM APARTMENTS (40 square meters + balcony max 4 persons)

The apartments are furnished with everything needed to cook and prepare meals. Good morning, I was very surprised by the opinion of Mrs Maracine because the dishes in the apartment are in steel and in the kitchen there are ordinary common utensils; but neither the lady nor the other members of the group I met more often during the day, they never informed me or asked if they needed some special tool. As far as the apartment's furniture has been recently refurbished, as is also the case with the photos posted on the site, perhaps the lady referred to a cabinet in the large bathroom next to the bathtub that previous vacationers are not well protected from going water then spoil the cabinet itself and then we removed it.
Buongiorno, sono rimasta molto sorpresa dal giudizio della signora Maracine perché le stoviglie presenti nell'appartamento sono in acciaio e in cucina sono presenti i normali utensili di uso comune; ma ne' la signora ne' gli altri componenti del gruppo che incontravo più' volte durante la giornata, mi hanno mai informato o chiesto se avevano necessità di qualche utensile particolare. Per quanto riguarda l'arredamento dell'appartamento e' stato rinnovato recentemente come risulta anche dalle foto pubblicate sul sito, forse la signora si riferiva ad un mobiletto presente nel bagno grande vicino alla vasca che i vacanzieri precedenti non hanno ben protetto dall'acqua andando quindi a rovinare il mobiletto stesso e che poi abbiamo rimosso.
