Ground floor very convenient, with parking adjacent.
Good location close to the slopes.
A few caveats:
- We have not managed to run the washing machine.
- Insulation at window level is average (it is obliged to heating bottom).
However, we recommend warm apartment.

The notice of the washing machine was in the drawer of the furniture next to it.
