Before any comment on the house itself, excellent contact with the owner very nice. Rental very pleasant and consistent with descriptions, without modernity, but everything is well equipped for holidays. 2 shower rooms, perfect, even if one is low ceiling (as seen in other reviews). Well located compared to downtown and Cabourg market. Close to beaches, located near the Grand Hotel, the Promenade .. But somewhat far from the only beach allowed to animals, namely that of Port Guillaume. To conclude, we will return with pleasure ...
We had a great stay in Cabourg in this super location. The house was very clean when we arrived. Just a small problem with the bedding of the extra bed "broken slats ". We will definitely return. In addition the owner is very charming and very accommodating.
Very caring person and housing quite in line with the announcement very close to the market and the different shops ... The top ... It is not far from the beach too. I recommend this accommodation .. We will certainly return ...
Well located house between Dives sur Mer and Cabourg, nice with its small garden, two bathrooms (good for us medium size, but a little low ceiling if nobody bigger). At night if you walk down the stairs to the rooms squeaky but still for a weekend it really is a home where we had a good time. We did everything on foot.
Charming little house very nice, very well equipped and very well located. Its proximity to the town center and the beach makes it possible to walk without taking the car. Contact easy and cordial with the owner. We had a great time and will not hesitate to re-rent this house when we return to Cabourg.
Small house very pleasant with 2 gardens flowered in front and at the back of the house. Nice room to be lived in the rez of putting on and a corner cooks with the veranda where one can take his meals in front of the garden. Quiet and at the same time not far from the center and the beach.
We spent a very good time (three weeks). This is a nice little house with a decor a bit dated if you like the modern style. It is very well located in full center of Cabourg (near downtown, sea and supermarkets). Damage to the mismatched dishes and cracked and the lack of storage for the races. Please note that the bathroom of the ground floor has a very low ceiling (not easy to wash when doing 1.80m). The owner is charming.

Having read a previous assessment that lamented the lack of contact with the owner, I took my headquarters in Paris to meet directly address it, so I did not have this problem. The house was clean and inviting.
Little house on 2 floors situated and pleasant. Place to live comfortable and spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms are cramped. The owner lives in Paris and has no local representative, she walks confidence. The keys at the start and exit as well as the payments are made by mail because it is rarely present! No inventory of inlet or outlet is done! Pleasant but I am not satisfied with this mode of operation is not warm and risky.
