It is not possible to vary the contractual options.
On signing the contract, a deposit payment must be paid to secure the rental.
The deposit may be returned on cancellation up to 2 months before the date of the let. After this time, the deposit will be lost.
The balance must be paid 15 days before the date of the let.
The security deposit must be paid to the service company on arrival.

We had a great week.
For improvement, some hooks and additional storage space would be welcome. When one is 4, the ground can quickly be a little crowded, especially being on the ground floor, it is difficult to store on the balcony.
I recommend it.
In addition, storage capacity is insufficient despite the presence of four beds.
