The only downside .... the busy road of Praz sur Arly just before ... but it's quite manageable because we do not often are finally in the apartment.
We recommend it without hesitation.

It is designed for 6 beds, two mezzanine. The beds in mezzanine is best reserved for children or young adults.
Access by ladder presents no particular hazard. A barrier is installed on the floor to prevent any danger.
In eight years of renting, this is the first time that this argument is advanced.
Il est conçu pour 6 couchages dont deux en mezzanine. Les couchages en mezzanine étant plutôt réservés à des enfants ou à des jeunes adultes.
L'accès par une échelle ne présente pas de danger particulier. Une barrière est installée à l'étage pour prévenir de tout danger.
En huit années de location, c'est la première fois que cette argumentation est avancée.

Located in the upper part of the roof, its height is limited.
This is why we state that the top is suitable for children or young adults. This apartment is therefore perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. A cot is also available for those who wish. This bed is regularly asked.
I would add that we have installed a barrier to the floor to ensure children's safety.
Many tenants ask back even with children.
Située dans la partie haute de la toiture, sa hauteur reste limitée.
C'est pourquoi nous indiquons que le haut est adapté à des enfants ou de jeunes adultes. Cet appartement convient donc parfaitement pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Un lit bébé est également à disposition pour ceux qui le souhaitent. Ce lit est régulièrement demandé.
J'ajoute que nous avons installé une barrière à l'étage pour assurer la sécurité des enfants.
De nombreux locataires demandent à revenir même avec des enfants.
