Two floor residence (in a villa) with views over Islantilla country golf course.
5 minutes (by car) to Islantilla and La Antilla beaches.
It is a private house, not an aparthotel.
Includes:
1st floor - living room, kitchen and WC (without a shower). Outside the residence there is a garden (north-facing) where the guests can have their meals.
2nd floor - 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, 2 cupboards and a bathroom.
The guests can use a private box (closed) for one car.
In the villa there is a swimming pool and table tennis.

Excellent house, the treatment and attention of the person in charge of the house were magnificent. The house had everything, and the facilities such as the pool and great paper courts. I would definitely go back.

We have had a great family vacation. The perfect, clean and functional accommodation. In the garden you can stay all day, since it never gives full sun. The person commissioned by the owner to give us the accommodation has been a charm.

It is a nice property well located in a very well maintained urbanization. Highly recommended to go with children. The attention of both the owner and the girl that he leaves in his charge are very good and kind.

We loved to stay in Islantilla, the beach is great, has good environment, is excited to taste and eat very well. The apartment is exactly as it appears in photos. The accommodation is located in an urbanization excellent, with all conditions and privacy policy. Swimming and green spaces spoiled. Pena does not have air conditioning is very hot in the peak of summer. I hope to return there soon.
