Very well-located accommodation, beach directly accessible at the foot of the residence, quiet, with an extraordinary view of the dunes and the sea.
It has everything: comfort, layout and arrangement.
The little extra: private underground parking space, no stress of finding parking on arrival, and above all no additional costs.
A very kind, friendly, responsive and accommodating host.
I recommend this accommodation 200%, and I will come back.

Small flats, no sink siphon which generates sewage odors in the apartment. p
Defective washing machine programmer which makes use laborious and non-functional garage beep.
Other than those minor issues, I highly recommend.

The sink siphon will be changed at the end of the season, a tenant having forced and broken the drain.
The washing machine works but apparently has a fault with the automatic programmer after your return. So I plan to change the washing machine very soon.
Le siphon de lavabo sera changé en fin de saison un locataire ayant forcé et cassé la bonde.
Le lave linge fonctionne mais présente apparemment un défaut du programmateur automatique d’après votre retour. J’envisage donc de changer le lave linge tout prochainement.

To remember
Negatives: noise (fridge in the room, neighbors ==> acoustic insulation between medium apartment), little storage space, average cleanliness.
The shutters are to be controlled because little noise by descending them with the switch.
Very nice shower room, complete equipment in the kitchen.
By cons leaving, to go to the elevator, the smell of trash reached the apartment.
Otherwise, I really intend to come back next year.

Apartment very well located with nice view
absolute tranquility
comfortable and well equipped. The view of the dunes and the beach is very nice. We hope to have the opportunity to return.
The view from the balcony, facing south, is great.
In this weekend off-season, we enjoyed the quiet of the place close to the Fort Mahon center which is a nice town with friendly merchants.
We look forward to have once again the opportunity to rent this accommodation.

Studio well located (close to the beach and 10 minutes walk to shops) with a beautiful view, no vis-Ã -vis. Consistent description and photos.
In addition with parking in the basement, this is great because you do not need to find a place.
