Our ad has a description that does not mention the presence of air conditioning. The dirt road is over 20m and actually can be scary for high-end car owners, as is the family standing of our rentals. It is unfortunate not to have made these remarks during your cancellation and discover it via mediavacances. For my part we did not hide anything. Moreover your judgment is based only on the external aspect. You could not judge inside as we were not aware of your arrival and the apartments were closed. Finally, you have not paid the amount of the reservation but the deposit is 25% which is a significant difference for me.
Notre annonce a un descriptif qui ne mentionne pas la présence de climatisation. Le chemin en terre est sur 20m et effectivement peut être angoissant pour les propriétaires de voiture haut de gamme, de même que le standing familiale de nos locations. Il est regrettable de ne pas nous avoir fait ces remarques lors de votre annulation et de le découvrir via mediavacances. Pour ma part nous n'avons rien caché. De plus votre jugement n'est basé que d’après l'aspect extérieur. Vous n'avez pas pu juger l'intérieur étant donné que nous n'étions pas au courant de votre venue et que les appartements étaient fermés. Pour finir, vous n'avez pas réglé le montant de la réservation mais celui des arrhes soit 25% ce qui est une différence notable pour ma part.
