An experience to relive that I recommend!
Very clean and equipped with the necessary household appliances.
Quick access to 2 trams and the old town and a BUS at the door of the building.

Completely satisfactory equipment and a very friendly owner (with whom I have only been in contact by telephone).
The small inconvenience is perhaps the road, just above, but negligible for my part. We can swim whenever we feel like it. I would happily return.
We will come back to it...
On the other hand, but it is a general opinion, the "Azur Bus" are really mini for transport in Eze because they are full of people.
Magnificent view of the sea, 2 steps from the historic center.
Only downside: the incessant passage of tourists on foot and vehicles, so noisy.

The beach and the sea are in front of the apartment, very practical for morning or night swimming.
Nearby, all amenities, without the nuisance: Flower Market, multitude of restaurants, town center 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike.
The car park provided by the owner for a supplement is a real plus in this very touristy area.
The booking was very easy as was the communication. WI-FI of excellent quality.

This rental has had one or several Service Quality enquiries following the renters' reviews.
The apartment was completely renovated from October to December 2013. The building also received a 2010-2011 facelift then interior improvements from 2011 to 2013.

L'appartement a été entièrement rénové d'octobre à décembre 2013. L'immeuble a également bénéficié d'un ravalement de façade en 2010-2011 puis d'améliorations intérieures de 2011 à 2013.
