Ci troviamo proprio davanti alle spiagge e il centro pedonale e a 5 minuti di strada a piedi.
Troverete un soggiorno-cucina ( con nuova lavastoviglie), un bagno con doccia e lavatrice, due camere da letto matrimoniali una delle quali ha anche un letto singolo e , a richiesta, un lettino per bimbi 0-3 anni.
Le ZANZARIERE alle finestre proteggono la vostra pelle.
La nuova ARIA CONDIZIONATA vi dà il miglior confort anche in estati molto calde ( NOTA: l' aria condizionata è in soggiorno -cucina e una sola delle 2 camere).
La nuova POMPA DI CALORE si aggiunge al riscaldamento centralizzato per scaldarvi quando quest' ultimo è spento.
E' adatto ad un massimo di 5 adulti e 1 bambino piccolo( 0 - 3 anni che dorme nel lettino da campeggio ).
I bambini sono i benvenuti ed è per loro che abbiamo preparato lettino 0-3 anni, seggiolone, vaschetta per il bagnetto, spondina 3-6 anni e fasciatoio.
Internet WIFI illimitato compreso nel prezzo permette di rimanere facilmente in contatto con tutti.
Il palazzo si trova proprio davanti alle spiagge attrezzate in estate con lettini, ombrelloni, piscina, campo di calcetto e beachvolley, bar e ristorante ( spiaggia non inclusa).
Il parcheggio libero è proprio a 30 m e anche in alta stagione troverete posto facilmente. La macchina non è assolutamente necessaria e potrete arrivare anche in treno. La stazione dei treni è a 5 minuti a piedi in piano.
Attenzione: la linea del treno è vicina, i serramenti sono nuovi e insonorizzano benissimo. La vista mare è laterale, non di fronte.
