We are thinking of replacing the fridge/freezer combination with a larger one indeed.
We have decided to include electricity in the rent from 2025.
However, metered pricing encourages environmentally friendly behavior but may be misunderstood by some customers.
For the supply of sheets and household linen we do not earn anything on it, the price reflects labor and renewal costs.
But it is with great satisfaction that we take your largely positive comments.
Nous pensons à remplacer le combiné Frigo/congélateur par un plus grand en effet
Nous avons décidés d'inclure dans le loyer l'électricité dès 2025.
La tarification au relevé encourage néanmoins les comportements respectueux de l'écologie mais peut être mal comprise par certains clients.
Pour la fourniture de draps et linge de maison nous ne gagnons rien dessus, le tarif reflète les coûts de main d'œuvre et de renouvellement.
Mais c'est avec grande satisfaction que nous prenons vos commentaires largement positifs
We were a group of 20 year olds and the owner trusted us right away. The environment, the swimming pool, the houses, everything was great, a little corner of paradise.
If I had to suggest some improvements, it would just be to install air conditioning in the rooms and buy a livebox where we can all connect at the same time.
Apart from that we had a very very good stay, we were able to make the most of the swimming pool.

To follow up on your comments; the Live box problem does not arise, the internet coverage in the area is quite poor, the current system is what works best.
The architecture of the house does not require this very environmentally friendly air conditioning, it is enough to ventilate it evening and morning and close the shutters during the day.
You had the hottest week ever, which explains things a little.

Pour vos donner suite à vos remarques; le problème de Live box ne se pose pas les couvertures internet dans la zone sont assez mauvaises, le système actuel est ce qui fonctionne le mieux.
L'architecture de la maison ne nécessite pas ces fort peu écologiques , climatisation, il suffit de ventiler soir et matin et de fermer les volets en journée.
Vous avez eu la semaine le plus chaude jamais connue ce qui explique un peu les choses.

Completely isolated, quiet. You can make noise without disturbing people.
Pétanque, swimming pool and even a promenade, it's so big. We were 12, it was perfect.

For these:
-the alarm is switched off, at the request of the tenant, it is functional and can be reactivated at any time.

Problème de Wi-fi vite résolu, dont nous ne sommes pas responsable.
Et plus de la mauvaise couverture téléphonique de la région, où en effet , les portables passent mal.
Voilà pour clarifier les revendications de ces clients.
