We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Roscoff, this charming studio with a surface of 42 m ² and being able to accomodate to 2 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 25 m², an equipped kitchen, a shower room and a balcony. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The crossing apartment facing North/South is composed as follows:
- A corridor with large cupboards and closet.
- A living room of 25 m² with TV, sofa, dining area and sleeping area with a double bed (140×190).
- A kitchen with sea view, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside :
- A balcony of about 7 m², facing South with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Roscoff, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, 10 minutes walk from the city center. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Visit of the town of Roscoff, classified as a city of character, full of history thanks to its commercial exchanges with England in the 19th century.
- Discovery of Batz Island, departure by boat from the port of Roscoff.
- Water sports (sailing, kayaking..).
- Aquarium.
- Fishing on foot.
- Thalasso.
- Hiking and biking.
- Discovery of the bay of Morlaix.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private numbered parking of the apartment (1 vehicle).

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus to Morlaix and Brest.
- Nearest train station: Morlaix train station located at about 25 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Brest Bretagne airport located about 43 minutes away by car.

Other remarks:
- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to availability of the concierge. An additional fee may be required.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
