This natural stone house is the guest house of a finca, with a separate entrance. The approximately 90 sqm guest house is part of the 2,450 sqm overall complex of the finca, with a beautiful garden and large pool area. It consists of a separate double bedroom, a second bedroom on the gallery above the living area, as well as another sleeping space for 1 person on the gallery above the bedroom, an open kitchen, dining area and a shower room, and has its own terrace with barbecue area. Located in one of the most luxurious and preferred residential areas of the Costa Blanca (Cap Blanc in Moraira), approx. 300 m away from a small private bay, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bank, doctor, etc. are within easy walking distance. In our opinion The most beautiful part of the Costa Blanca, at its easternmost tip, is located in the area between the towns of Jávea and Moraira. Away from mass tourism, in the midst of lush, colorful vegetation, the appearance is characterized by well-kept residential areas with spacious plots, predominantly built with individual villas. The towns themselves have a modern infrastructure, but always retain the Mediterranean flair with their cafes, bars and squares.
Teulada-Moraira has got so much to live and explore that one visit simply won't be enough. The destination is steeped in history and offers the most incredible naturescapes that are calling out to be explored. There are also all sorts of festivals and traditions that are still very much alive in the municipality where you can soak up the customs of the Region of Valencia.
But first things first. The destination is divided into two distinct areas: Teulada, which is in the inland, and Moraira, a few kilometres away, which is on the coast.
What to see in Teulada-MorairaTourism in Teulada-Moraira comes in all shapes and sizes. If you are looking to laze in the sun and dip into crystalline waters, there's no better place than Les Platgetes. These two beautiful coves are bursting with biodiversity which you can gawp at through your snorkel and goggles.
Continuing on the theme of coves, you also won't want to miss Cap Blanc, El Portixolet, L'Andragó and Llebeig. These little slices of paradise are home to all sorts of wildlife and some of them are populated with old fishing properties.
The beaches are also superb. Extending for 8km along the coastline, these Blue Flag beaches afford impressive vistas. If you fancy taking a walk by the beach, there's nowhere better than Cap d'Or where you can immerse yourself in the native plants and wildlife.
While the coast is spectacular, Teulada-Moraira is also all about the inland. Les Sorts is a protected valley defined by beautiful scenery that will instill a deep sense of relaxation within you. Water plays an important role in the area and there are a number of springs for you to explore. There is even a large recreational area located close to Font Santa and Font de la Jana where you can enjoy lazy family days.
Teulada itself is a Gothic walled town where you can spend hours wandering idly around the streets, breathing in the beautiful architecture. You will enjoy the fortified church, Santa Catalina Mártir, La Divina Pastora chapel and Sala de Jurats i Justicies. On the coast, you can also visit Castillo de Moraira and Cap d'Or watchtower.
Teulada-Moraira also offers a great deal of intangible heritage. The festival calendar is replete with events running throughout the year that draw in locals and visitors, keen to soak up some culture and indulge in delicious gastronomy. Here are just some of the festivities you can enjoy: Fiesta del moscatel, the Moors and Christians festival, Festividad del Corpus Christi, Fiestas de San Antonio, Fiestas de la Divina Pastora and Holy Week.
