Individually spaced around the field, the yurts are warm and cosy with indoor wood burning stoves. The smaller yurt can sleep five guests, while the larger yurt can sleep up to seven guests. Outside, there's a firepit, Dutch oven, and wooden table and benches so glampers will be able to build a campfire, rustle up a hearty meal and, of course, toast marshmallows or relax with an aperitif as the sun goes down. The host provide wood so glampers can sit around the campfire every night, star gaze, and revel in the joy of being in the great outdoors. Each safari tent and yurt has its own private shower room and toilet which guest can find in the quaint old camp house, a stone's throw from the rentals. If glampers want to cook a bigger meal or escape the midday sun, the camp house boasts a shared, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and relaxing sofas. Guests can also wash and dry their clothes in the laundry room, store food in a large, shared fridge, and lock away personal items. The hosts also provide ice-boxes if guests want to keep chilled food and drinks in their yurt or tent.
There is a new, heated, nine meter pool which gives glampers a great excuse to lie back and relax on a sun lounger in the shade of a parasol while the kids have fun splashing around. What better way to enjoy the perfect lazy summer day?
Cooking and eating al fresco around the campfire is an experience glampers won't want to miss. Both the safari tents and yurts have their own campfire with all the requisite pots and cooking equipment. Plus, there are gas burners, and in the adjacent farmhouse, there's a fully equipped kitchen so if glampers want to cook indoors for a change, they'll find everything they need.
