Located on the first and top floor (no lift) of a house in a residential area, the flat is just 300 meters from De Longchamp beach in Saint-Lunaire. It comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen, a separate bedroom with 160 x 200 double bed, a bathroom with shower and separate WC. Bed linen and towels are extra.

The accommodation comprises
- A living room with a sofa (which can be used as an extra bed for a child), TV, chest of drawers and a dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: fridge, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, dishwasher...
- One bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm). Access to the bathroom from the bedroom
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Other facilities: washing machine on the ground floor shared by both flats in the residence

The property is ideally located in Saint-Lunaire, 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the shops.
Food shops, bars and restaurants are just 500 m from the accommodation. The campsite, two minutes from the house, offers takeaway food and bread.
You can enjoy around the various activities on offer: golf, tennis, sailing and surfing.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in one of the free car parks close to the accommodation.
