The owner welcomes you to this farmhouse, a typical Gâtinais building, an old renovated farm with its outbuildings. The place is calm and relaxing.

On the ground floor, Bedroom 1, 18m² carefully decorated for 2 people has independent access from the garden (on one level). It has a double bed of 160x200 cm and an adjoining bathroom of 4 m² which is equipped with a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower. The toilet is independent.
On request a baby bed can be installed. An office area, with free Wi-Fi connection. The window overlooks the garden in front.

This independent room is in a guest house where you will find a total of three carefully decorated guest rooms (rental by the room) on the property. Room No. 2 (Ref: H45H026328) for 3 people with independent access from the garden; and Room No. 3 (Ref: H45H026329), for 3 people which is located upstairs, accessible by an external staircase.

Shared with the other rooms:
Breakfast with homemade jams and orchard fruits. The rooms are equipped with a courtesy tray and a television and internet access is free.

Pet supplement: 15€/pet/night.
A supplement of 15€ will be requested per additional car, as well as trailers.
