Entirely renovated in 2020, it is perfect for a getaway for two, you just have to put your bags and enjoy your holidays: bed linen and towels provided, wifi, equipped kitchen, south-facing balcony to have your breakfasts or other meals, private parking, beach less than 100m away...


Located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs, the studio of 28 m² is composed as follows:
- A pleasant living room with a TV lounge area (sofa convertible into a double bed 140, Dunlopilo brand), some books and board games are at your disposal, a fully equipped kitchenette (coffee maker, kettle, fridge, induction hob, washing machine...), a bar with two high stools and a table for your meals (can be set up on the balcony if needed).
- A modern bathroom with a large shower and toilet.
- Enjoy the south-facing balcony for your moments of idleness or aperitifs in the sun! 5m² approx. Plancha.

Neighbourhood
Located in a 4-storey building, in a quiet street, close to the beach (5 min walk) and shops on Avenue Lajarrige (10 min walk, 3 min by bike).
- Local shops: butchers, cheese shops, caterers, bakeries, delicatessens, fishmongers, Carrefour, SPAR, etc)
- Market on Avenue de Gaulle
- Parc des Dryades less than 1 km away: venue for cultural and sporting events such as the summer jazz festival, open-air variety concerts, etc.
- The studio is located on the Vélocéan route serving the salt marshes of Guérande and Saint-Nazaire.

Transport :
Located 10 minutes from the Lila Presqu'île bus stop, the buses (1,6, and 20) will allow you to access the whole of the Bay of La Baule as far as Pouliguen, La Baule-Escoublac station, Guérande, Pornichet as well as the Salines and Villejames shopping areas. Finally, La Baule Les Pins train station is a 15-minute walk away.
The car park is outside, with a numbered space for all types of family vehicles.

Other remarks :
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- The common areas are very well managed. An entry code is required to enter the building. A rubbish chute is located on the first floor.
- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
