This gite is next to the owners' home and another gite in a rural setting, 8km from the sea on the Bay of Mont St Michel. There is a communal lawn nearby with barbecue and boules ally. Cancale, famous for its oysters, is 10 minutes away, St Malo and its fine sandy beaches is 20 minutes and Mont St Michel is 30 minutes.
On the ground floor: a living room with lounge area and a kitchen, WC with washbasin. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a shower room, separate WC. Oil fired central heating. Terrace with private garden furniture. Common garden with lawn of around 1000 m² with built-in barbecue and pétanque court (boules provided).
