A space with indoor swimming pool heated all year round (dimensions 8 x 3.5 m, depth 1.50 m) and toilets. - Upstairs : Mezzanine with sofa, games area (table football, Arcade terminal, TV), 1 small baby bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 90x200 beds, 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 160x200 bunk beds, bathroom with shower, 1 toilet.
