The entrance to this cleverly designed apartment has room for all your walking or beach equipment after a long day of exploring the vast coastline. The fully-equipped modern kitchen is beautifully presented, you can also catch a glimpse of the sea from here over neighbouring thatch cottages.

The two spacious and comfortable bedrooms are situated on the same floor, accompanied by a fully tiled bathroom with a bath and electric shower, allowing for a perfect family or couple retreat.

The apartment is situated just yards from the beach, and adjacent to the award winning craft beer bar, The Cove. You will find some spectacular cliff walks along the famous South West Coast Path for you, your partner and your dog to enjoy. Alternatively, take the short drive to the picturesque town of Kingsbridge to visit one of it's many historic buildings, or venture to the popular resort town of Salcombe and explore further hidden gems along the west side of the estuary.

On wet or colder days, simply take shelter in one of the local shops, pubs or restaurants serving delicious food and beverages.

The perfect apartment for the perfect seaside break.

Please be aware that whilst the apartment is on one level, there are steps down to the property from the lane behind.
The picturesque fishing village of Hope Cove lies in a sheltered bay on South Devon's coastline, offering superb views over Bigbury Bay and Burgh Island. A choice destination for families, two beaches offer soft sand for sandcastle building, plus rock pools great for entertaining children. The town remains a fishing village where crabs and lobsters are still landed, however it was once used by smugglers. Many ships have perished around the coast and the wrecks that lie beneath the waves make it a popular spot for divers. Above the beach there are a number of pubs and restaurants, including the popular café bar 'The Cove'. The coastal footpath can be joined from here and leads towards the sandy beaches of Thurlestone and Bigbury-on-Sea in one direction, and the sailing town of Salcombe in the other.
