10 minutes from Auray, 20 minutes from Vannes or Lorient, close to everything, Locoal-Mendon is known for its famous bagad "Ronsed Mor" (seahorses in French), titled champion of Brittany several times. The Ria d'Etel borders this town: you can observe the magnificent landscapes and its seabirds there, as well as the Ilot de Saint-Cado, in the town of Belz.

- On the ground floor: a kitchen with dining area (capsule coffee maker), a living room, a bedroom (1 160x200 bed) with private shower room/wc. Second independent toilet.
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 160x200 beds - including 1 bed that can be converted into 2 80x200 beds -, 1 baby bed), a bathroom with toilet
Outside: an open private garden of 2000 m² with a large terrace. Gîte adjoining accommodation which is very occasionally occupied and located 500 m from the Bourg Centre.
