You will be staying in a spacious 170 m² villa with 10 rooms, providing comfortable and cozy furnishings. The living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a digital TV, with an exit leading to the garden. There are three rooms, each equipped with two beds, and an exit to the terrace. Additionally, two rooms have one French bed each, while one room has a single bed (90 cm).

The villa boasts three large terraces and a barbecue area, offering stunning views of the sea and the countryside. Amenities include a washing machine, internet (WiFi, free), and reserved parking at the house. Pets are welcome, with a limit of two dogs or pets allowed. The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen with four hot plates, an oven, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Bathroom facilities include a shower/WC and a separate shower/bidet/WC.

The villa is heated by a wood heating system. For the 2023 season, Mas del Guixé has installed a new system of electricity generation from solar panels, providing optimal performance in line with sustainability and respect for nature, which is a characteristic of this property.
