CAMBO, C216: In a beautiful recent secure residence, this accommodation for 2 people is close to the city center, and offers a quiet environment and not overlooked. This comfortable apartment is located on the 1st floor (two flights of 8 steps) with living room / kitchen opening onto the balcony-terrace and a green space. Equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, traditional oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob). The bedroom has a 160 bed and a large closet. Shower room with shower. Separate toilet. Assigned parking space.
INTERNET ACCESS - PETS PROHIBITED
Bed linen and towels are not provided (paid service to be requested from the agency)
The rental must be returned clean (possibility of arranging a paid cleaning service)
An inventory of the accommodation is carried out at each departure (see art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers all have 24 hours to report to us anything that they believe is not in compliance, or that our services have forgotten to report.
If the tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a pre-inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will allow us to confirm that everything is working and that there is no damage to report. In the case of a pre-inventory, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (check), after the tenants have actually left.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- T2 exit cleaning: €55.
- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: €10.
- Bathroom linen/kit per person/one week: €5.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
